Lauren Toone

Lauren lives in Hoover with her husband and 4 kids. She has always enjoyed being active, but found her love for exercise after having her first baby. Over the past 12 years, she has run half marathons, a triathlon, and has been competitive in CrossFit. She has over 7 years of CrossFit experience and has been coaching for 4 years. Lauren has her CF-L1, has earned continued education credits in the courses of Crossfit Scaling and CrossFit Anatomy, and is in the process of getting her CF-L2.

Conrad Taylor

A Birmingham native, Conrad was nationally ranked as a U23 triathlete and a member of the 2008 USA Triathlon National Junior Team. From there, he went on to a successful running career at Samford University. After graduating with a degree in health communications, he furthered his athletic endeavors into both the sport of CrossFit and weightlifting. In doing so, he comes with over 8 years of CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, and nutrition coaching experience.

Jessica Benson

Jessica’s passion is to teach her class participants and clientele balance-she wants her clients to learn that it’s possible to be the healthiest, happiest and best versions of themselves while still living life to its fullest. Jessica started coaching group fitness classes 2012 while she was in school at Samford University earning her bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Since then, she became a NASM personal trainer and has coached various formats of group fitness classes including aerobics and HIIT style classes.
