PIVOT FITNESS offers functional fitness, high-intensity interval (HIIT) training and individualized nutrition — all under the guide of certified trainers.

While each class is performed at a high intensity, the two types of training offer different workouts. The (HIIT) classes feature stations with a focus on running, rowing, TRX, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements, while the functional fitness classes incorporate weightlifting movements, cardio, and gymnastics. These classes combined with individualized nutrition and accountability will have you moving better, feeling better, so you can consistently be, the best version of yourself.

GOD AND WOD (work out of the day)

Come join us each Monday night for God and WOD 
Monday evenings, following the 6:30pm class, we will be hosting a nondenominational devotional. All are invited, gym member or not. If you can’t make the workout, please come for the devotional starting at 7:30. All are encouraged to participate and please bring your friends.
